Privacy Policy

Smashy Hammer Crash · Last updated: 12 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Smashy Hammer Crash (the “App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App. We built the App to be played, not to profile you. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game, keep it stable, and improve it.

By installing or using the App you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

2. Information We Process

2.1 Data stored only on your device

Your game progress, unlocked content, scores, sound and vibration settings, and similar preferences are stored locally on your device. This data stays on the device and is removed when you delete the App. If you have iCloud backup enabled, this data may be included in your own device backup, which is controlled by Apple and by your device settings — not by us.

2.2 Technical and diagnostic data

To keep the App working correctly we and our service providers may process:

This data is processed in aggregated or pseudonymous form. It is not used to identify you personally.

2.3 Support requests

If you contact us through the support page or by email, we receive the email address you provide and the content of your message. We use it solely to answer you and to resolve the reported issue.

3. Why We Process Data (Legal Bases)

4. Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:

These providers may process data outside your country. Where such transfers occur, they are covered by the safeguards used by those providers, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. Advertising

The App does not use third-party advertising networks and does not run behavioural advertising. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and we do not track you across other apps or websites owned by other companies.

6. Data Retention

Diagnostic and crash data is retained for as long as it is useful for troubleshooting and no longer than permitted by our providers’ retention limits — typically up to 90 days for detailed records, after which it is deleted or fully aggregated. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Game data on your device is kept until you delete it or uninstall the App.

7. Security

Data transmitted between the App and our providers is protected with transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS). We limit internal access to diagnostic data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The App is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

You can also stop all further data collection at any time by deleting the App from your device. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We respond within the period required by applicable law.

Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the App or in the law. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or in the release notes. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
